Kimberlee's journey into the world of residential appraisal began with exposure to the field through her aunt and uncle, which ignited her passion for real estate valuation. As a certified appraiser, she understands the importance of providing an unbiased opinion of value and strives to empower her clients to make informed real estate decisions. Her training under two seasoned Certified Residential Appraisers with over 20 years of experience in the greater Sacramento area has further enriched her knowledge and skills.
Kimberlee values the importance of good mentorship and the need for appraisers to have strong working relationships with one another in order to fully embrace the changes the industry faces. For this reason, she takes pride in being an active board member of the Real Estate Appraisers Association (REAA) in California where she is currently serving the second year of a three-year term as corporate treasurer, and the second year as Vice President of the local Sacramento chapter. Between her family and the many appraising professionals that she has a great working relationship with Kimberlee has access to decades of information and experience at her disposal.
